"Jud et al - The demo today was a great success - the customer thought it was awesome! You should feel great about the work you did J. C"

Magpie is the APEX of the Colorado software services tradition:
delivering development services to their customers effectively and efficiently.
Their on-time delivery record is nearly 100%, missing one delivery in 7 years.
They provided services to high priority, high visibility, and high risk StorageTek
software/hardware projects and were excellent technologists,
rapidly learning new technical environments and business processes,
bringing thoughtful, competent technologies and best practices to
solve critical problems. They were honest, practical, skilled project managers
and communicators about what would work well, and how to implement a new
solution from architecture through design.
Their technical staff and their executives are honest,
experienced, and know how to deliver.
I would use them again and with great confidence recommend them.
Magpie's tool set is state of the art,
and they promote technical seminars for their staff and for their
customers and partners. They are great supports of the front range
tech community and promote and encourage diversity.
They are one of Colorado's great and growing companies.

As a development director at Polycom,
I have used Magpie over the past two years as an extension of my
development team.
I have a large backlog of feature requests,
so having Magpie work to implement key features has helped a lot.
One of the things I like about Magpie is that they take a feature
and run with it from beginning to end.
They project manage the effort, design, develop and test the feature,
so when it is finished, I can easily fold it into my release
without additional work.
I don't have to spend time managing additional temp engineers
and my QA team doesn't have to run additional manual tests.
Estimates are fixed price, and features are robustly done for the
estimate provided.
Now that the Magpie team is familiar with my product,
it is easy to request new features with short turnaround time.
There is little to no initial learning curve,
and very little impact to my existing development team's time.

I just wanted to thank our Magpie team (especially Janice)
for bearing with us in solving the Record_Route problem.
It was a tedious process, but Janice and Andy finally tracked
down the problem, which turned out to be a defect in the
low level SIP header parsing code.
It did not show up at Magpie because the proxy routers
were configured differently.
The quick fix for now is just to reconfigure the proxy router
to not use the outdated loose routing form.
I have opened a new modification request to fix the
SIP stack in the next release.
Again, thanks for the help.
I'm looking forward to more collaboration in the
future as we add features to TacBSR.
