Client Club One Inc. is a network of premier fitness clubs in California. In addition to fitness equipment, classes and personal training, Club One provides quality fitness and wellness solutions that support meaningful change in people’s lives.
Product Habit Changer™ is an online behavioral change program that provides support to individuals in choosing healthier habits. Currently it includes two programs: Feeling Better and Losing Weight.
Project Club One wanted a dynamic web application that could be tailored to the individual’s needs and would provide continual support through multimedia, including text, video, email, and SMS. They also wanted to be able to dynamically manage the content of their media.
Outcome Magpie developed multiple prototypes of Habit Changer that were presented to focus groups. The refined production system was created iteratively with the continual guidance of Club One and launched to the public September 2008.
