Product FLEXengine™ is a multi-platform hardware and software component that integrates all critical functions required to optimize the transport of 2.5G, 3G and 4G broadband data over existing and new packet-based broadband wireline or microwave wireless access networks.
Project Carrier Access required focused enhancements to it’s firmware infrastructure that exceeded the manpower allocations of their full time development staff. Magpie developed the persistent storage capability for the ATM configuration data to more consistently conform to the rest of the system.
ATM capacity increases due to the integration with Tellabs’s equipment escalated the need for more efficiency in processing configuration data.
The Magpie Team has a large team of developers with a broad spectrum of experience. Magpie staffed the position and worked with the existing team at the customer’s location. Requirements and issues were worked on demand in an iterative manner.
Outcome The Magpie staff ramped up quickly, seamlessly worked with the Carrier Access development team and delivered the requested enhancements with quality and on time.
