Benefits

Magpie is committed to providing employees with a competitive wage and benefits package. The information below briefly describes several of our employee benefits.

Health Insurance
Magpie employees may select from three different plans, Lumenos HSA, PPO $30, and a PPO $25 plan.  Coverage includes spouses, domestic partners and qualified dependents.  Magpie makes a contribution to the cost of each plan.

Dental Insurance
We offer a voluntary dental/vision plan.  Coverage is effective on the 1st of the month following employment date.

Long Term Disability
Magpie provides long term insurance for our employees at no cost to the employee.

Employee Assistance Program
At no cost to the employee, Magpie provides an Employee Assistance Program also known as Employee Connect which offers confidential and professional counseling services to all eligible employees and their family members.  This program is designed to help with a variety of every day problems.

Profit Share
Is distributed to all active employees annually.

Vacation
Full-time employees accrue paid vacation at the rate of eight hours per month from year one to three. 

Holidays
There are seven paid holidays per year plus three pro-rated non-fixed holidays.

401k
Magpie employees are eligible if they are 21 and have completed 3 months of employment.  Magpie contributes 3% of the employee’s annual salary and the employee may contribute up to 90% of their eligible pretax salary. 

NuBiz Reward
Help Magpie glow and increase our customer base and get a 1% bonus on the total cost of the project to the client.

Philanthropy Program
Magpie has a giving culture and encourages employees to participate in our philanthropic events.
